BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy

 

Please book directly through my booking system via the 'Book Now' option. You can select your treatment and time of choice and you will be asked to pay a 20% booking fee which will be deducted from your total treatment cost. Please note that booking fees will be non-refundable, however, can be transferred to another appointment if more than 48 hours notice is given.

 

The remainder of your treatment will be paid at the end of your treatment via cash or bank transfer. 

 

Please complete your consultation form ahead of your appointment in order for us to discuss together on the day.

Cancellation Policy

You will be charged at 100% of your treatment cost if you do not show to your appointment or give me less than 12 hours notice and you will be charged at 50% of your treatment cost if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice due to loss of earnings. All booking fees taken at point of booking are non-refundable and are unable to be transferred if less than 48 hours notice is provided. 

 

Please try to allow as much time as possible if you’re unable to make your appointment. If you need to rearrange your appointment, I will accommodate where possible.
